I haven't watched the last two years of the Simpsons. It's not that the show got less funny. In fact, it got funnier every year. It's just that I reached a point of satiation. I had seen enough and was "full."

This is the weakest point of the show .. it's run its course. After 18 years, it's said everything it can say. The best entertainment leaves you wanting more. Whern you've had enough, it's over before it's over.
