Doh!!

... so there's this one patented in 1918 by T. Pacifico:

That one is pretty dead on. Made for screws and things but it's still pretty much Geek Glove-y..

Weird. 1918. So I wasn't the first one to think of it. Fine!

But there was also this:

And this:

And that!

There were a bunch of others too. Doh! As I flipped through the pages I realized that Geek Gloves wernt gonna be the invention to make me a millionbillionaire. In fact, all it did is make me go slightly in the other direction. My measly online patent search only went to 1976. These are all oldies. I didn't think about that. So basically ain't no Geek Glove patent anytime soon.

But I gotta admit I was proud of myself that I actually went through with it and did the patent search and rolled the dice for once. I've never followed through on other millionbillion dollar ideas before (like my razor blade usage counter and my mailbox doorbell thing). I've always dropped em for whatever reason. But I really do like the glove idea- so now at least I can close this out and not punch myself in the face if I see these gloves in The Gap a couple years from now. Plus I don't have to seriously gamble by paying alot of money to get an actual patent application done.

So that was that with that. I'm happy that I get to share the idea anyway! You can make your own Geek Gloves at home! It takes 2 seconds (snip snip) and it don't cost nuttin.... (which I guess might be a long term issue when it comes down to the big picture.). But whatever!

Onwards and upwards! Back to the drawing board...

ok bye!
