Hola Todd - (That's spanish for hello, not to be confused with "Holla" 'cause down here (TN), that's Dolly for "How ya momanthem") --  here is my neighbad, kind of long, but figure I'll send it on.

Back a few years ago I lived in an apartment complex (4 one bedroom units in my building), had great cool neighbors.  We all kind of flowed from one apartment to the other, all drank and smoked, it was a good fit.  Almost as if eHarmony was involved.   Then it happened, two of the folks moved.  The cool hippy chick in the apt next to mine gets replaced with the skank.  You know the type, late 20's, goes out to the bar every night, wears clothes that are too young and too tight for the extra baggage and is always flirting and has the caked-on makeup.  The cool guy below me moves (he was one of the maintenance guys, so I never had to place an actual work order if anything broke at night, for a beer, he'd fix anything).  Turns out cool guy and hippy chick were hooking up so they moved to where the 2 bedroom apts were.

Skank, I can deal with, just roll my eyes, move my bed away from the shared wall to not hear the rumblings of her *ehm* personal massager's, and it's all good.

New dude moves in under me.  I quickly find out that dude had surround sound and like 4 sub-woofers hooked up to his TV.  How do I find this out you ask? By my floor vibrating, pictures falling off the walls, etc.  I go down and ask him to kick the bass down a notch and what happens? He tells me "f off" and slams the door.  I let it go, We all have bad days, right?  The next time, I leave a note.  Next time I call the office, they leave a note. Happens a few more times.  One Saturday, I hit my limit when the pictures come off the walls again the glass breaks.  This was some serious bass, let me tell ya.  I went to the office, pulled the manager out and make her come stand in my apt. She freaks out and dude gets evicted the next day.  Yeah, I could sleep again!  but the mofo did key my car since he knew it was me that got him evicted.  Had to have him arrested and press charges, yadda yadda yadda, but there it is.
