Soooo... We almost lost Roxy this weekend. My in-laws were watching her a couple of weeks ago, and she got ahold of one of theirs socks. Not that big of a deal, and certainly not the first time, it's just that she's always pooped out whatever it was in three to five days. We're talking socks, hair scrunchies, insulation foam, parts of towels and blankets, sandals, whatever might be withing reach. Anyway, it had been almost two weeks - and still no pooped sock. We took her into the vet Sunday and they x-rayed her. Vet said they would need to "explore" on Monday ($1200 - $3000), but in the meantime, here's some hydration. Walk, mineral water. Walk, mineral water. Walk, belly rub, mineral water. 5 hours before "exploration" time, at 3AM, she goes outside, grunts, and poops out the sock like it was no big deal. We called the vet and he said "congratulations, that pop just saved you three thousand dollars!"

Hi Todd,
 
This is Lucky.  Lucky has his favorite toy, Hedgehog Number 3 in his mouth.  Hedgehog numbers 1 and 2 met their unfortunate demise in a furious flurry of fluff.  But he had so much fun doing it, that we keep buying the squeaky little guys!
