YO!

Just wanted to say WAZZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP and thanks
for keeping me entertained during my period of unemployment
after getting Layed Off from Super Giant Huge Megacorp
where [E]very [D]ay [S]ucks (who just layed off 2000 more people on
tuesday).

I decided to send a cool recipe your way:

Dizzy's Quick and EZ Chicken Parmesian
1) Take some boneless chicken from the freezer
2) run it under cold water until it thaws
3) put it in a BIG zip lock and smash it flat
4) put some oil in the zip lock bag and shake it with the chicken
5) put some generic italian breadcrumbs in the zip lock and shake like
crazy
6) put it in some foil in the oven for a while

I dont know how hot or for how long. I usually set it 350-400
and bake it till its done.

put some spaghetti sauce on it

I usually make like 5 of em and it lasts all week. Average cost is $6.00
to make this dish. 5 servings. so its like 1.15 a day
