TUESDAY'S LUNCH SPECIALS

THE 100th TUESDAY LUNCH RECIPE DAY!
_________________________________________________________________________

Ok, Todd. I'm another 1plus year unemployed guy. I gave up though and got a demeaning job in retail working for people younger then me and making no money. Look for me on the news soon, i'll be the guy in the cop car.

Anyhow, here is my

Unemployment Comfort Food Dish.

Take one box mac and cheese, cook it (directions can be found on the box).
Brown one pound ground beef. (Save the money and get the really old stuff for the cheap).
Mix the two together.
Add a quarter to a half bottle of BBQ suase.
Learn to spell, mix and serve...
Or just eat it from the pot.. Yum!

I love this because it is cheap, tastey and no-one else in the world will eat it but you, err maybe not you but it is good anyhow.

HI Todd,

This is my favorite new meal…its cheap, delicious, and best of all…FAST!!!

Kalliope’s Pasta

Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves (minced fine)

1 14 oz can of petite cut diced tomatoes, drained

1 container of pearl size FRESH mozzarella cheese, completely drained and room temperature

2 TBSP Olive oil (I like the real light stuff)

Thin Spaghetti or Vermicelli (half to ¾ of a box)

Cook the spaghetti and drain.  Dump in garlic, tomatoes, cheese, and olive oil into the pasta and stir well.  The heat from the pasta will “cook” the other ingredients.

Could it get any easier??  Enjoy!!
