Hey OddTodd,

Heres a good thing to eat I like to call

The Unemployed Sandwich

Ok, you'll like.....need some stuff

You'll need

Bread
2 Slices of Sliced Smoked Turk-ay Breast
2 Slices of Sliced Smoked Chicken Breast
2 Slices of Sliced Hon-ay Baked Ham
1 Slice of Kraft Singles Cheese
Sweet Mesquite BBQ Sauce
Any Flavored Potato Chips

Now you'll have to get motivated

Take a slice of bread, put a peice of cheese on it, then put the slices of
smoked turk-ay breast, the slices of smoked chicken breast, and the slices of
hon-ay baked ham, pour on a good helping of sweet mesquite BBQ sauce, then
add the chips, put on the last slice of bread and flip over, the chips should be on the
bottom now, and enjoy your delicious unemployed sandwich while dominating in
Unreal Tournament 2004, You should have enough of the ingredients to last about a
week, or about 14 sandwiches, witch is 2 a day

Enjoy

Mona's Black Bean and Corn Salsa

2 can’s of Black Beans, rinse with cold water first to get the muck off
2 can’s of sweet corn niblets
1 or 2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped Vidalia onion
1-2 chopped jalepeno peppers (make sure you wear gloves and don’t touch your eyes)
lots of cilantro, chopped up
juice of a few limes
a few tablespoons of cumin-I like a lot
one packet of taco seasoning

I like it because not only does go perfect with Tostitos scoops, but it also can go with eggs, in quesadillas, on top of chicken or fish or anything really, even as a side dish.

It is always a hit.
