Here's a recipe I developed when I had leftover chilli and a hunk of cheese.  I got such rave reviews that I am forced to make it everytime I have people over.

Chilli-Cheese Dip & Homemade Tortillas

CHILLI:
*Pack of ground beef (probably about 1/2 lb...am in Ireland so it's all in grams here...I just pick up the not smallest pack, but not that ginormous one either)
*Packet of chilli seasoning mix
*Can of chopped tomatoes (or you can chop up a few if you prefer)
*Bit of water
*Tobasco sauce or hot pepper flakes (optional, to make it hotter if you want)
*Can of the kind of beans that would normall go into chilli (optional, I never use them)
Brown beef in fry pan till all brown.  Drain off fat (yucky) and then add chilli packet and tomatoes.  Add a few ounces of water, you won't need more than 6oz or so.  Bring to boil.  Keep an eye on it now, it sometimes likes to stick to the bottom.  Cover, turn heat down and let simmer for about 20 minutes.  While it's cookin, cut the cheese (insert grade 4 fart joke here) into lil' pieces.  After chilli's cooked for a while, turn off heat and whack in the cheese.  Stir to make it all melty.

TORTILLA CHIPS:
*Pack of tortillas (depends on how hungry you are)
*Frying pan full of veggie oil
*Salt
Chop up those tortillas into tempting shapes.  Heat oil till it's really hot, but not like too hot because those tortillas cook fast and you don't wanna burn them.  When oil is hot, slowly and carefully add tortilla wedges (don't splatter hot oil...trust me) and cook till they are all brown and lovely on each side.  Remove from oil, put on paper-towel lined plate and salt immediately.  Repeat till all tortillas are cooked.  Best eaten warm!

Enjoy while playing poker and having several frosty beers or cocktails.  Or while watching reruns of "Gimme a Break" and nursing a hangover.

hello mr todd

here are a few recipes.

Better than sex cake

What you need:

one box of devils food cake mix

one can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk.

one jar of caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping

one big vat of cool whip

6, 7, 8 skor bars, (heath is ok-ish)

What you do

Put skore bars in freezer.  make the cake in a 13 x 9 or so pan.  When you take the cake out, lightly stab the top with a fork so the top is sort of broken up and crumply.  If dont want your cake goo-ey, wait for it to cool.  Otherwise, pour on condensed milk all over.  Pour ice cream topping all over.  Put in fridge for an hour or so.  Then take it out and cover with lots of cool whip.  Then take the skor bars out of the freezer.  and crumple them up while still in wrappers.  Spread the skor bar chunks on top.  The more the better.  put in fridge for a bit.

When you eat it, your toes will curl.
