my name is jesse sarlin and i am from montclair, nj        (15 minutes from the city)

this is a very good recipe and i make it all the time
es very easy and very good for the munchies

tuna crunch love tortillas:

(for two hungry people)

Ingredients-
2 cans of tuna fish
a lil bit of mayo...just enough to make the tuna yummylicious
two big ass stalks of celery
cheese (any cheese will do, but i personally prefer this mexican cheese i get)
tortillas (the circle kind)

procedure-
1. get a bowl
2. get all the gross liquid out of the tuna and put both cans in the bowl
3. add a lil bit of mayo and mix it around until it looks edible
4. get yo celery (i prefer two big ass stalks) and cut it into pieces NOTE: the bigger the pieces the bigger the crunch
(es good with big pieces i swear)
5. add the celery to the tuna mixture and give it a stir
6. OK time to cook.
7. get your tortillas out and find a frying pan or something big enough to cook them on
8. spray the pan with PAM or you can just lightly butter it up
9. turn heat on. put it in between high and medium so like...hedium
10.put some tuna mixture onto one side of the tortilla and sprinkle some cheese on top
11. then move the tortilla to the pan and let it simmer a bit
12. fold the tortilla so instead of it being a circle make it into a half circle
13. then press down on it with a spatula and flip a few until its golden brown or however the hell you wants it

Luna's Pork Bake

I got the idea from mom always cooking with soups in her Croc-Pot, so this
is yummy too for something made up.

4-5 Thin cut Pork chops (with or without the bone, doesnt matter)
1 Can Broccoli & Cheese Soup
1/3 cup of milk
Frozen Veggie of choice (best with broccoli, carrot, n cauliflower blend)
whatever seasonings u want...(since I cook a lot I chose paprika, pepper,
and seasoned salt)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chops in a shallow baking dish with
veggies around it (if ya wanna be fancy-schmancy). Mix up milk n soup and
pour it all over chops n veggies. Pop in oven for about 30 minutes (or until
the meat is tender and done).
Serve over hot rice or egg noodles
Yum! ^_^ enjoy.
