I am feeling really fluey have mucus constantly dripping from my nose and when i swallow i swear my throat lining has turned to sand paper, on the plus side I'm not at work.

So here follows my recipe for

dramatic pause.........

HOT HONEY AND LEMON

Ingredients

Honey preferabley runny honey
Dilute Lemon drink
Lemonade
Hot Water

The trick is to fill about 1/5th of the mug with lemonade it adds some sugary goodness and a generous amount of honey, you can substitute the dilute lemon drink with one of those lemon flu and cold sachets.

I swear this one mug of pure happiness overflowing with joy

read the RAmen recipe and thought I'd add my own.  Hope people like it:

1 Chicken Ramen package (or any type, but works best with Chicken)
2 eggs
Crushed Dryed Red Pepper  (The stuff Pizza Hut has on the table next to the Parmasean Cheese)
Water

Fill pot with a couple cups of water  (I just eyeball it) and bring to a boil.  Once boiling add noodles.  Bring water back to a boil with noodles in it.  Once boiling again, crack open and drop eggs in one at a time. Then stir quickly with a fork to break up egg before it cooks.  Add Ramen flavoring packet and Red Pepper to taste.

Makes a yummy egg drop like soup.  And its cheap.  Less than a dollar. Plus eggs for protein. Single men living alone or with roommates need their protein.

Beergaritas!  Watch out!

Can of condensed lime aide.
Tequila, can be the cheapest stuff you can find.
Triple Sec, also can be cheap.
2 Coronas.
Ice.

Pour the can of lime aide in a pitcher.(do not use a blender on this...trust me....doesn't work so well with the carbination.)
Fill the empty lime aide can up 2/3 tequila, 1/3 triple sec, add to pitcher.
Add the two Corona's.
Pour over ice and enjoy....they will light you up!

Never a good idea to play drinking games with this recipe....or I guess it could be.....that's how I was introduced to it, playing P&A.

Some friends of mine, Cass and Kate introduced this too me, so we'll call it Cass N Kate's Lemon Cucumbers. Very easy, healthy, and flavorful.  Take cucumbers, as many as you like, peel them, and cut them in half then quarter them, almost like pickle spears.  Put them in a tuppawhere and squeeze fresh lemon juice on them, cracked pepper and coarse sea/kosher salt.  Let them sit in the fridge for a while and serve.  They are tasty.
