Hey Todd!! Long time no "click". I
finally had a
chance to go back on the site today. I'm sorry to
hear things haven't taken off yet but I have a few
recipes for you you might like:
Beverage:
Ant's Tennessee Headhunter
Powdered Iced Tea Mix
Jack Daniels Bourbon
Use the proper amount of poweder for your size glass
but replace 1/4 of the amount of water needed with
bourbon. In other words if the glass if one
tablespoon to 12 ounces of water make it 9 ounces of
water and 3 ounces of bourbon (about two shots). Good
for what ails ya!
Entree
Ant's Easy Greek Pizza
-1 lb of ground beef
-1 small box (8 ounces? 12 ounces? I dunno, you know
what I mean) of chopped spinach
-1 "loaf" of frozen pizza dough
-1 lb of EXTRA SHARP provolone cheese (shredded)
-1 box (6 - 8 ounces) of feta cheese (crumbled)
-1 SMALL (6 ounces) can of tomato sauce
-Cinnamon, Oregano, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder to
taste
-Olive oil
1) Thaw the pizza dough and the spinach.
2) PAM (spray) a cook-ay sheet and work the thawed
dough to cover the pan thouroughly.
3) Poke in multiple places with a fork then drizzle
with olive oil
4) Place dough in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes
then remove
5) Brown the beef with the cinnamon, oregano, garlic
powder, and onion powder. Use more of the last three
than the first one, you only want a hint of sweetness.
Then pour in the can of tomato sauce and simmer for
two minutes
6) Sautee the spinach with a little olive oil for 10
minutes
7) Mix the shredded provolone and crumbled feta in a
bowl
8) Cover the (baked) pizza dough with spinach, then
the meat, then the provolone/feta cheese mixture.
Return to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until
cheese is bubbling
9) Remove, allow to cool for five minutes, cut,
serve, enjoy
Use them in good health!!!!

Out of desperate measures and bare cupboards comes tasty
goodness -
Banana French Toast
2 eggs
1 over-ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice - half of a
spoon-spoon, don't bother with measuring stuff
splash and half of milk
4 pieces bread
Maple Syrup
Butter
crack eggs into blender, cut up banana into blender, add
spice. hit stir/chop button and go heat large frying pan over med-hi heat
with knob of butter in it. hit Puree/Frappee on blender for sec, then pour
over bread slices in some sort of dish (pasta dish? baking dish? whatever).
flip slices and coat and mix around and stuff. throw water droplets on pan to
see if it sizzles. if it does, put slices on pan. make tea for self. flip
bread slices if nice and golden brown on the cooking side. heat maple syrup in
microwave. take slices off heat and put on plate with butter and hot syrup.
Smells fantastic, like you're making banana bread!
