Sheppard's Pie
Ingredients are simple, so I won't get into detail too much, just make enough to fill your pan/dish/whatever.

-Make a big pot of mashed potatoes, seasoned how you like em. (I love grated cheddar, a crushed clove of garlic and cream), try to keep em fluffy (it really works best that way)
-Brown 1-2 lbs ground beef (also seasoned if you wish, I just use pepper), strain out excess fat.
-One can of corn kernells, (I like corn so, a large can) ,strained.
-Large chunk of cheddar cheese (I love cheese, lol)

Get everything ready and layer it all in a deep pan/baking dish, ect, in this order........

->Burger on the bottom, followed by corn, then grated cheddar (holds it all together when it cools off), pack it down abit, finaly the mashed taters on top (keep em fluffy, works best that way)

The end product should be.........
[[     Fluffy taters    ]]
[[ Grated Cheddar  ]]
[[        Corn           ]]
[[       Burger         ]]
===============
Bake at 325-350 F until taters get nice and golden About 40-60 min's. I usually cook em' till they're brown, then broil to burn the peaks abit (5 mins), (fluffy taters = peaks) Cool abit, cut out a chunk, enjoy with Ketchup (lotza KETCHUP), salsa is good too. :)

This recipe is a little time consuming but man! this stuff is great! You can make the taters and beef to your tastes. A pan will usaully last me and my roomies at least a couple of days, and it's good cold, and it makes easy left-overs (just "NUKE" and add ketchup). It's well worth the time!  :)

Hang over Cure

Situation: She’s fed and out the door! You head is BANGING---you need help!

Action: Again, several choices….

1)      H20-Aspirin & a side dish of football---not bad

2)      Bail to local Sunday Afternoon Bar for relief  --- Sam’s in Sausalito, CA for Bay-Area residents

3)      Beer Bong 2 beers with a dash of JD--- Cure?

4)      “-‘bout a plain Bong hit”? --- THINK—“employer drug test” except for the snow board companies.

5)      The Traditional Bloody Mary

Result:Did you choose the Bloody Mary? … You made the right call! You save money, cure the hang-over, and the bail to the Sunday Bar to watch football and try your luck at seeing if you can get rid of what’s left of the quiche! ----plus you just found out you got an interview because the #1 candidate failed the drug test!!!!!!

You’re thinking clearly! W-I-N-N-E-R!

Whatcha whatcha whatcha NEED!
