Hey tOdd,

I got a simple, cheap,and delicious twist on a
quesidilla. Ok, here goes:

Omar's Mexican-but-not-so-Mexican Quesidilla

1 tortilla
1 1/2 cups of cheese (any kind will do)
1 Ballpark frank (works best)

Put the cheese into the tortilla. Then, cut up the
frank into pieces. Put the cut up frank into the
tortilla and microwave for 35 seconds. Serve with a
plate and a napkin.

It's good!

Hi Odd Todd!   My name is Nikki and I am from the flatlands of Illinios.
I love your site, thought I would send you a recipe on one of my favorites.

My mom made this all the time for me as a kid.

TUNA EGG SALAD

3 hard boiled eggs (deshelled, you can use the yolk if you want. I don't like yolk so, I just use the whites)
1 can of Tuna( I prefer Starkist in water, drain tuna)
Diced onion (use as much or as little as you like)

Black olives sliced( 1/2 of a  small can of presliced is what I use.)

A couple of health globs of mayo.

Mix all together in a bowl.
Then slap some between two slices of your favorite bread or on crakers.  Its goooood!!!

I like it because tuna salad....good....egg salad.....good....together delicous!!! This reciepe is an eye ballers kind of recipe. You use as much or as little of the items as you want. Takes no time at all to make.

hi Todd, here is a quick and easy, inexpensive recipe, it might now sound too good but it is, all you need are hotdogs, spagetti sauce and pasta, cut the hotdogs into bit size pieces, brown and put into the spagetti sauce, heat up and serve over pasta, yummy!!!

here's another one:

pork chops, any rice you like(uncle bens garlic and butter is what i like) onions, beef broth

ok, put the dry rice into a baking dish, add a can of beef broth, if rice calls for more water add the water, put chops on top, spice them however you like, then cut onions into rings and put on top of the chops, bake at 350 until rice is done! easy and so yummy!
