Hey Todd,
I
really like your site, have been coming to it for quite a few
years now and have recommended it to anyone and everyone here in
NZ that will listen to me!
Anyway, here is my recipe, I hope you like it :)
Chillin Chocomello Slice
From: Taranaki
(The Naki) - New Zealand
Why I like it: Because it's yummy chocolatey goodness and
yummy caramelloey goodness and yummy cookie goodness all in one!
What you need:
1
pckt of plain cookies (like Superwines for all you Kiwi readers
- but you can get creative if you want)
1
family sized block of caramel chocolate (I use Cadbury Caramello
Chocolate)
Optional extras:
M&M's, Maltesers, Marshmellows - be as creative as you want.
What to do:
Put
the packet of plain cookies in a food processor and process
until all crushed and crumbly - but not too much, probably about
M&M size pieces.
Melt all the caramel chocolate over a double boiler
Mix
together cookies and melted chocolate and press into a baking
paper lined tray. (doesn't matter what size, I'm not picky,
just do it to whatever thickness you would like)
Refridgerate for a few hours until set. Cut into slices, eat
and enjoy.
Variations:
Subsitute some of the cookie for M&M's, Maltesars or whatever
takes your fancy
Or
you could melt some marshmellows in with the chocolate to get an
extra gooey like effect.
Anyway, hope you like it - it's a perfect slice day or night and
especially for midnight snacks!!

Ok, I saw a recipe for tuna-egg salad, and I have a MUCH better one. I
dropped out of high school last year, and for like 3 months I just sat at
home on my ass. I was bored. And every day, I made this for lunch with
whatever I found in the fridge. Don't worry about me, I took the GED and
I'm in college now. I aint no loser... I am, however, unemployed.
Sara's Super Duper Tuna-Egg Salad Stuff (Much
Better Than The Other One)
1 Can of tuna (whatever kind you like)
1 Hardboiled egg
Mayonnaise (however much you like)
Italian dressing (to taste) <== This is the secret ingredient. It's
amazing.
random spices like garlic powder, onion powder, ground red pepper...
whatever you like...to taste.
Find some random crunchy veggies like celery, onion, maybe cut up a
tomato... whatever you have
If you have it, grated parmesean cheese can't hurt either.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with anything else you can think of
that might taste good. Then, serve with crackers or on bread, or just eat
plain or whatever you feel like.
Sometimes I like to put in some mozzarela cheese and melt it all in the
microwave.
Another really good secret recipe of mine is for something I like to call:
Amazing Salsa Triscuit Stuff
1 Box Triscuits
Lots of cheese
Lots of salsa
some ground red pepper for an extra kick
whatever the hell else sounds appetizing when you look in the fridge.
Put triscuits on some kind of microwavable or oven-able surface. Drown in
salsa and cheese. Dash a LITTLE BIT of ground red pepper. Seriously, don't
overdo it, you'll die. Microwave or put in oven until cheese is melted and
yummy looking.
Voila! Awesome fattening snack! For the lazy football watcher in us all...
