Hey
Todd...Thanks for the daily laughs.
Hamburger Hash-brown Casserole
KK-NC
1/2
pound ground beef
Diced
onions(optional)*
Loads of
seasonings
1-can your favorite Cream Of Soup
Shredded cheese of you choice I prefer the packs
that have several different cheeses
3- cups Ore-Ida Country Style Hash browns
OK you
take out your pan and put your beef some chopped
onions and loads of seasonings whatever you have on
hand
This is
a must!!! and fry it up nice and golden brown. Then
you take a small casserole dish and spray it with
PAM so the
taters
wont stick. Put half of the hash-browns in the
dish. In another bowl mix the cream of soup with
the seasoned
hamburger meat. Pour that mixture over the
hash-browns then top with shredded cheese (as much
as you wish) then top
with the
other half of the hash-browns. Bake at 350 for about
30 minutes then turn the broiler and broil til the
hash-browns are
nice and
golden brown.
Enjoy!

Easy Brownies Cookie

Like it's easy is why I like it.
Buy and make a brownie mix and
put half in a 13by9 in. pan
Buy 3 Symphony bars and put on
top of that
Put the rest of the mix on top
and bake in 350 degree oven like it says on the Brownie package mix for
times.

hi Todd, love your site, here is an quick and easy recipe with
lots of flavor but it won't cost alot, I'm from new orleans but currently living
in cali.(husbands in the military) so here's the recipe, thanks Todd for the
laughs!
any smoked sausage you like
one bell pepper cut into strips
one onion cut into strips
one large tomato or 2 roma tomatos
one jalapeno(take the seeds out unless you want it to be hot)
any potatos you like, i like the red ones, cut them into bit sized pieces
put some olive oil or butter in a large pan, cook the potatos until almost done,
not all the way, then add everthing else, add a little salt if you like cook for
about 8-10 minutes and that's it, it makes alot, i usually use a pot because a
pan won't hold enough, it can serve 4-5 people are make lots of leftover, hope
you enjoy :o)
ONE MORE:
about a pound of pork tenderloin cut into chunks, 3/4-1 cup of salsa(depending
on how much sauce you want) 3-4 tablespoons of peach or apricot preserves, cook
the pork in olive oil until done, them mix in the rest, simmer for about 10
minutes, add more of whatever you want depending on how sweet or hot you want
it, this is VERY good, try it!!!

Vegetarian Beanless Raw Chilli (aka
Sasla)
Loveland, Colorado. USA
It's good on Tuna, Eggs, and, tah-dah, Dippin Chips! (Fritoes!)
3-4 lbs of fresh ROMA tomato (if the tomato's suck, get Hunts Petite Diced
Tomatoes, 2 big cans)
1 small can of tomato paste (this adds some stickyness to the ingredients..and
falvor)
2 bunches Green Onions
2 Habenaros
2 Bell Peppers (I prefer 1 orange and 1 yellow, avoid the green ones!!!)
2 Pascilla Peppers
2 Jalepenos
4 Serrano (Cerrano?) chilli peppers (hence, the chilli name...)
5 Garlic Cloves (buy a Garlic bunch, peel off 5 individual cloves)
1 bunch Cilantro *aka Chinese Parsely
1 medium white OR red onion (or add both if you're into onions)
1 Table spoon salt (+/- to taste)
Dice the tomatos, onions with a knife (food processors make tomato goo).
You can food process the Bell Peppers.
Puree the Serrano, garlic, Habenor and Jalepenos with some tomato paste. You
don't want no big chunk of Habenero.
Mix it all up in a bowl. Put it on stuff, or eat it with your favorite dippin'
chip. It's good.
Enjoy :)
Or.. is that too involved for you to make?
