The poor boy you have listed sounds Icky.  I have one thats so good it will make you fell like you gained 10lbs in your ass when it not that bad for you.

Rocky's poor boy

1 beef roast (dont be cheep get a good one) , Onion choped up real small as small as you can get, Flour (enough to coat the meat, a pack gravy (or gravy from the meat), Salt and peper , water, garlic, Good bread (if the breads not the the poor boy will taste totaly diffrent it has to be french bread crispy and flaky on the outside nice and soft on the inside if you cant find good fresh bread then get the best you can find) mayo, lettus, tomato

Ok this is real easy but takes all day

first cut slots in your meat and put cloves of garlic coat it with flour and brown the meat untill just brown on the outside then add your gravy the onion salt and pepper water (what ever the gravy pack says to use) and meat to a crock pot (dont have one use a pot you can put in to oven and if you dont have one of those do a big pot on the stove but you ahve to watch it and flip the meat alot) let it cook all day (or untill the meat shreds with a fork it shoudl be falling appart) shred up scoop on bread (rember good bread) with the mayo and everythig eals and you have the best thing in the world.  You can eat it with no bread just use a fork (or fingers if you like) but for some reaosn it tastes totaly diffrent.

Why i like it.  As i said befor its so good you will think your ass ganed 10 lbs but its good for you (better for you with out mayo but it dont taste as good) its also real messy and just falls apart but thats half the fun.  Its one of the best things i have ever had but its so easy and does not cost alot (me my husband and 2 girls can make it once and have enough for 3 or 4 dinners depending on the size of the roast) Just rember dont go cheep. on the meat or bread (cheep meat can be to tough and the bread makes the sandwitch)

This is

my Tortilla-Pizza recipe:

3 main Ingredients:
-Whole Wheat Tortillas (La Banderitas brand is what I get cuz it's all I can find)
-Canned peeled and diced Tomatoes -Shredded Mozzarella cheese (whole milk or part-skim but part-skim browns better)

Also, Italian seasoning, garlic, and olive oil.

Preparation: First, make yer sauce.  Open a can of Toms and drain well.  Push the lid down to really squeeze the juice out.  Put 'em in a bowl with Italian seasoning and minced garlic and mix 'em up. Now, heat up a skillet with a little oil or cooking spray.  You're gonna crisp up your tortillas in this to keep the sogginess factor down later.  As you're woking on this, go ahead and turn your oven to broil. I find I have to contiuously press down the tortillas cuz they keep blowing up with air. Once you have your tortillas nice and crispy and light brown, top 'em with your tomatoes and cheeze and stick them in the oven about 6 inches from the red glowing things. You can put them on the back of a cookie sheet so they're easier to handle. Once the cheese is melting nicely and they look about 1/2 way done, cut off the broiler and let the remaining heat complete the cooking. Keep an eye on them seriously cuz the broiler will burn stuff really quickly if left unattended.  I do not advise going in the other room for anything.

When they look ready, slide them out and slice em up and eat.

I dig this recipe cuz it tastes good and it's pretty cheap.  Cheeze ain't real cheap but if you get a big bag of the stuff, it'll last quite a while. I love using the diced tomatoes for a sauce.  You can use whatever size tortillas you want or you can try flour or corn tortillas, whatever kind of sauce (spaghetti works), and you can even use freakin' American Pastuerized Processed Cheese Food if you really must.  Toppings are up to you.  I like mushrooms.  This is such a basic recipe and leaves lots of room for experimentation but you still gotta use the tortillas.

Enjoy! Josh, Buford, GA
