Hi tOdd

Strawberry Poop

I know the name sounds gross, but hear me out.

At my office we like to bring in a potluck type thing on Fridays and one of my co-workers brought this but it did not have a name.  We voted on a name for the stuff and decided on Strawberry Poop cuz we figure no one else will steal a bite if the name sounds unappetizing.  Plus we get to say things like "that was great poop" and "oh, I can't get enough poop" and giggle all Friday long.  (Yes we are that mature)

You need:

Brownie Mix and the ingredients to make said brownies
A large tub of whipped topping
Bunch o Bananas
4 pints of strawberries
3 or 4 heath bars

Make the brownies and let cool.  Cut up the strawberries into chunks, slice the bananas, crumble or mush up the brownies, and crush up the heath bars (put in a baggie - wrap with a towel and pound with something heavy).  (Feel free to snack on any individual ingredient)  Get a big bowl (I mean big - like a huge popcorn bowl or something).  Now layer the ingredients like so:

Brownie
Bananas
Whipped cream
Strawberries
Heath bar crumbles

Keep on layering until you run out of bowl or ingredients and then watch it disappear.  Serve yourself first or it may be gone before you get to it.  It is great for a party!

Yankee Dip

1 can Hormel Chili w/o beans
1 package cream cheese
1 or 2 chopped green onions
1 package taco/nacho shredded cheese (2 cups)

Nuke chili and cream cheese until mixed and melted (use pie size glass microwave able dish)
Top & cover with chopped green onions and shredded taco/nacho cheese & nuke again until cheddar cheese has melted.

Serve w/tortilla chips & Margaritas (optional) - Yummy!!

Very easy & quick to pick up the few required ingredients ~ only use 1 dish for preparation and serving!

This is my Tortilla-Pizza recipe:

3 main Ingredients:

-Whole Wheat Tortillas (La Banderitas brand is what I get cuz it's all I can find)
-Canned peeled and diced Tomatoes
-Shredded Mozzarella cheese (whole milk or part-skim but part-skim browns better)
Also, Italian seasoning, garlic, and olive oil.

Preparation:
First, make yer sauce.  Open a can of Toms and drain well.  Push the lid
down to really squeeze the juice out.  Put 'em in a bowl with Italian
seasoning and minced garlic and mix 'em up.

Now, heat up a skillet with a little oil or cooking spray.  You're gonna
crisp up your tortillas in this to keep the sogginess factor down later.  As
you're woking on this, go ahead and turn your oven to broil.
I find I have to contiuously press down the tortillas cuz they keep blowing
up with air.

Once you have your tortillas nice and crispy and light brown, top 'em with
your tomatoes and cheeze and stick them in the oven about 6 inches from the
red glowing things.

You can put them on the back of a cookie sheet so they're easier to handle.
Once the cheese is melting nicely and they look about 1/2 way done, cut off
the broiler and let the remaining heat complete the cooking.

Keep an eye on them seriously cuz the broiler will burn stuff really quickly
if left unattended.  I do not advise going in the other room for anything.
When they look ready, slide them out and slice em up and eat.

I dig this recipe cuz it tastes good and it's pretty cheap.  Cheeze ain't
real cheap but if you get a big bag of the stuff, it'll last quite a while.
I love using the diced tomatoes for a sauce.  You can use whatever size
tortillas you want or you can try flour or corn tortillas, whatever kind of
sauce (spaghetti works), and you can even use freakin' American Pastuerized
Processed Cheese Food if you really must.  Toppings are up to you.  I like
mushrooms.

This is such a basic recipe and leaves lots of room for
experimentation but you still gotta use the tortillas.  Enjoy!

ok you need the following items

peanut butter
bread
toaster

what you do is you toast two pieces of bread and then you put peanut butter in between of them
then you break it into pieces.
i like this recipe because it just seems like something those big companies would make yet add extra stuff on it. plus its so easy to make. now im hungry.
