Hi Todd,
This recipe can feed one or ten depending on how
people unexpectedly show up for dinner...
Chili Mac Cali Style
1 can Chili ( I use a veggie black bean, but whatever
you like is fine)
1pound pasta cooked and drained. (Any kind will work,
but I use penne)
1/2 pound grated sharp cheese (This is my favorite way
to clean out all the old ends)
4-6 slices American
Mix the chili into the cooked pasta and heat over
medium high. Stir in the shredded cheese, and once piping hot, break
American into pieces, and stir in. Final consistancy will be super cheesy
and Dee-LISH, dinner is done!
