Hey tOdd,
I call this recipe "Peanut Butta Cup Ice Cream" and it tastes better than that crap stuff you can buy that has a little bit of the taste of resees to it.

Ok, you take a bowl, or garbage can full of vanilla ice cream
Then you take a paper cup and you pour a crapload of choclate syrup in it, and then put in 1 to 2 heaping teaspoonfuls of peanut butta.

Heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds and then pour over ice cream and then stamp the ice cream with your spoon to make it all mixed up and good.

Then eat it.

I love this recipe because i alwayshad this in my mind and then i tried it and it is very ultra good. Hardcore resees fans rejoice!

Bye tOdd

"OMELETS IN A BAG"

Have you ever heard of this?  (This works great!
Good for when all your family is together and no one
has to wait for their special omelet.)

Have guests write their name on a
quart-size freezer bag with permanent marker.

Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag
(not more than 2) shake to combine them .

Put out a variety of ingredients such as:
cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato,
hash browns, salsa, etc.

Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice
to their bag and  shake, Make sure to get the
air out of the bag and zip it up.

Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for
exactly 13 minutes.  You can usually cook
6-8 omelets in a large pot.  For more, make
another pot of boiling water.

Open the bags and the omelet will roll out
easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed.

Nice to serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake;
everyone gets involved in the process and a
great conversation piece.

Ramen Alfredo (for those Italian poor folks like me)

1 package of Ramen noodles any flavor but I find chicken works best.
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon margarine, for me butter doesn't work its too bland but you can try butter if you are a die hard fan.
Parmesan cheese according to taste.
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (any other seasonings you like)

Cook the Ramen noodles (with or without seasoning. I do without but you could do it with if you are looking for more flavor).

While they are cooking melt the margarine in a bowl in the microwave, it should only take a few seconds. Stir in the flour until you have a paste.

Add as much Parmesan cheese as you like to the paste, those who aren't afraid of minor coronary infarctions, get as cheesed up as you want.

Take a whisk, or if you are poor like me use a fork and add the milk to the paste and whisk it until the paste is completely mixed in with the milk.

Cover the bowl (or whatever) with a paper towel and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Take it out and stir it. By now it should have formed a thick sauce, if not, put it back in the microwave for another minute. Keep doing that till you get it the consistency you like. If it gets too thick, before you freak out and think you are a complete failure and throw it out and return you you're pringles and cookies, you can add more milk and it will be less thick :) Or, incase you haven't figured it out, you could add more flour to make it more thick.

After you have the sauce exactly how you want it, now you can add any seasonings you want, or even more cheese for those fattys out there. Now hopefully you haven't neglected your ramen noodles cuz here is where they come in. Drain all the water out of the pan with the noodles in it. Then add the sauce and mix it up. For those culinary people out there who have a little bit more skill and money you could also add chicken, or whatever too :) Enjoy!

There ya go, Ramen Alfredo!

I am from Colorado, and I enjoy this dish because it satisfies my Italian need to make pasta and smother it in cheese, without draining my bank account......or lack there of.
