3. Why you like it.
-If you get the hot sauce on sail, the whole thing will cost you under $3.00
-Even though I have a job and some 'Mon-ay' it reminds me of a simpler time.
-Not a lot of clean up (yep, the lazy man in me always wins)

Ingredients:
. One package of Ramen (what ever flavor, oriental goes good with the tuna)
. Some sort of cooking oil
. Can'o yummy tuna
. 1 can of black beans
. 1 can of corn
. Hot Sauce (Louisiana style is always good)

Instructions:
Cook the noodles without adding the seasoning.  Strain out the water.  Add
your cooking oil to the same pot and heat.  Add the tuna and seasoning and
listen to the sizzle (that's the goodness making noise).  Add the noodles
and mix it all up so it's cookin'.  Now that your strainer is empty, strain
the black beans and corn in it then through it all in there.  Cook it for
about five minutes and then add as much hot sauce as you or your colon can
take.  Eat it right out of the pot, no pussy plate shit, you're in college
and you don't have the energy for that stuff.

Hi Todd,

I love this recipe because it's so deliciously bad for you that you can
actually hear your heart screaming in pain and fury when you eat it.

Enjoy!

Chili Dog Bacon Cheeseburgers and Fiery Fries

8 slices center cut or other lean, thick-cut, smoky bacon
1 pound ground lean beef
2 hot dogs, beef or pork, diced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon grill seasoning (recommended: Montreal Seasoning by
McCormick)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire, eyeball it
1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon hot sauce, eyeball it, divided
2 tablespoons ketchup
Vegetable oil, for drizzling
4 slices deli sliced Cheddar
1 sack (16 to18 ounces) crispy style frozen potato fries
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt
1/2 cup chili sauce
4 kaiser rolls, split
1/2 lime, juiced

Preheat broiler to high.
Place bacon on slotted broiler pan. Cook bacon 10 inches from the heat
and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side until crisp then adjust oven to
bake setting for temperature recommended on fries packaging.

While bacon cooks, make the burgers. Preheat a large nonstick skillet
over medium high heat. Mix beef with diced dogs, chili powder, grill
seasoning, Worcestershire, 1 teaspoon of hot sauce and ketchup. Form 4
large patties. Add a drizzle of oil, 1 turn of the pan and add the
patties. Cook burgers 6 minutes on each side, then top with 2 slices
bacon and 1 slice of cheddar, each. Turn pan off, cover with loose foil
tent and let cheese melt, 1 to 2 minutes.

While the burgers cook, add fries to oven and cook until extra-crisp.
Remove from oven. Place butter, 1 tablespoon hot sauce and garlic in a
small dish and microwave on high 20 seconds then transfer fries to a
large bowl. Toss fries with garlic-hot sauce butter and season with
salt, to taste.

Slather chili sauce on the tops of split keiser rolls. Place bacon
chili-cheese burgers on bun bottoms and top each burger with lime juice.
Set bun tops in place. Pile fries alongside and serve.

Grilled cheese calzones, and cookay sprinkle ice cream
from Cleveland Ohio

hey Todd this is one of my favorite meals. I thought id send you something good for all the good stuff you've sent us!

GRILLED CHEESE CALZONES

here's what you need:
2 slices of your favorite bread (i prefer brown berry bread)
2 slices of american cheese
4 small slices of pepperoni or one big slice
and any kind of other toppings you like (small things so your grilled cheese stays together)
about 1/2 a cup of pizza sauce
and some butter.

here's what you do:
1. first take the butter and smear it on the bread so it doesn't burn while you cook it
2. put one piece of cheese on a slice of bread along with the pepperoni and your other toppings
3. put the other piece of cheese on top of all that along with the other piece of bread.
4. get out your favorite pan, non stick works well, or your grilled cheese maker if you have one.
5. turn the heat on high and put your sandwich on. be sure to smash it down with a spatula or some kind of other smashing apparatus. when one side looks done, flip it over and do the same smashing maneuver.
6. once its nice and melted together its done! take the sauce and put it in a little cup, or a bowl, or just put it right on your sandwich.

it may sound a little weird with the american cheese and pepperoni but, its really good!

ICE CREAM FLURRY TYPE THING

take a bowl a plain ol' vanilla or what ever kinda plain ice cream you like. get your favorite cookays, sprinkles, candy bars, syrups, basically anything sweet and yummay. and put it on top of your ice cream (be sure to crunch up your cookays and candy bars). put the bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds which should be enough time to melt the ice cream but still be cold. stir it up and enjoy!

i hope you like these recipes,
Alex from Cleveland
