POCKETS
1 Large head of Cabbage
1 Lb. Ground Beef
2 Loves Frozen Bread Dough, Thawed
 
Coarsely shred cabbage and brown in oil in fry pan. Cover fry pan and cook until tender. Fry ground beef in separate pan until brown. Combine cabbage and beef mixture. Roll out 1/2 loaf thawed bread dough on floured board. Cut into 4 squares. Put heaping 2 T. mixture into center. Join 4 outside points of square into middle and pinch dough together at seams. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 o for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Makes 16 pockets.
 
This was my Moms recipe, we still make it.  Her Name Gertrude Wing  We are in Wisconsin. It is just one of our favorite that she made.  She was a great cook.

Cold Cookie Soup
 
1.  One Sleeve of Cookies (creme centered)
2.  Another Sleeve Cookies (different kind)
3.  Milk of choice (whole, 2%, soy, rice etc....)
 
Crush cookies into cereal bowl, add milk eat with spoon..
 
Optional,  for vegans,
add a banana
