Kick-Awesome Mexican Salad

A friend of my wife taught me how to make this. I like it becaaauuse...well,
it has cheese, tortilla chips and caesar dressing so what's not to like?
(She's totally hot too, so whenever I make it I fantasize about her)

In Greedy Ants:
romaine lettuce hearts
lemon
onion
tomato
cilantro (some places it's called coreander-this stuff makes the whole
thing)
tex-mex cheese mix (or just shredded cheddar)
Tostito's Hint of Lime tortilla chips
caesar dressing
a lemon or lime

Die wreck shins:
Tear your lettuce into salad size chunks. Chop onion, tomato and cilantro
into itty bitty pieces (cilantro needs to be really finely chopped.) Squeeze
the lime or lemon juice into the chopped up mixture. Let that sit for a bit
then pour into your lettuce. Put in about a handful of shredded cheese and a
few generous spoonfuls of caesar dressing. Mix it up well. Crush up a couple
big handfuls of the lime tortilla chips and sprinkle them on.

Prueba delicioso!

Baja Fish Tacos

You're gonna need:
Shredded cabbage (used to make cole slaw)
Some type of fish (I usually use beer battered cod, anything battered
would work really)
Yogurt
Mayo
6" Tortillas (try to get the corn ones, taste way better)
Lemon and or Lime juice

Do this:
Deep fry the fish, typically its about 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut that fish up into small pieces.

Heat up some tortillas.

Grab a bowl and mix the yogurt and mayo to make the sauce.  Doesn't
need to be perfect, I like to do about 50/50 mix.

Throw down a tortilla and put a few fish pieces on one half.  Put
some cabbage on top.  Then put a little of the sauce on top of that.

Fold the tortilla over.

I like to serve it with nachos and mexican rice.  Makes a pretty
decent meal that's great for entertaining informal outdoor parties in
the summer.  It's easy to make and generally can serve a lot without
costing too much.

Hi Todd,
My name is Robyn, but my friends call me Agent 34-24-34.
I live in Los Angeles, and I love this recipe because whenever I serve it, people say it rocks!  I call it  "Robyn's Sub Sandwich Salad".  Hope you love it too.  :) xo

Robyn's Sub Sandwich Salad   (serves 4--or 1 total beast!)

6 cups iceberg lettuce  (rip up a head into bite size pieces)
2 hard rolls, cubed--crouton sized
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
about 5 slices EACH:  ham, turkey & salami, chop all
1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped too

50 CENT DRESSING:
1/3 cup oil
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt (seasoned salt if you've got it)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

~Combine lettuce, rolls, tomato, onion, cheese, ham, turkey, salami, and pepperoni in a large bowl.
In a small jar with a screw tight lid, combine oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.  Shake well and mix it up good.
Pour over salad and toss to coat everything.  You will love this.  And it slams for picnics.
PS:  If you're on a tiiiiiiight budget, but want to entertain, have your homies bring a few ingredients...like someone brings the produce, someone else brings the lunchy meats, cheese & rolls, etc. You can surely scrape up the goods for the 50 Cent Dressing ...right?  Loser.

Hi Todd,
It's Agent 34-24-34 again, with another fine recipe for you.  You would only know about these sandwiches if you are from the Midwest (specifically--The Quad Cities).
I love them because you MUST if you are from the QC.s They are issued at birth for your first meal, as an infant.  I only have the recipe because of my Special Agent status.  But I share.

MAID RITE SANDWICHES

(Makes 2 quarts) *must have access to CROCK POT (borrow mom's & keep it)

3 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, chop it up good
1 cup ketchup (or 100 of those damn tiny packets from McDonalds)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon mustard (yeah, the yellow squirty kind...measure it)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or plain salt--if you must)
1 can beef broth (like Swanson's--15 ounce)
Rolls--cheapy, fresh hamburger type rolls  (Wonder...maybe)

~In your biggest skillet, brown ground beef.  Drain it.
Place drained, cooked beef into Crock Pot.  Add onion, ketchup, chili powder, mustard, salt, and broth.  Mix well.  Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 8 to 12 hours.
Season as needed and serve on rolls.  MMMMmmmmmmmmmmm.

Maybe you heard about these sandwiches on ROSEANNE's show...she & Jackie had a "loose meat sandwich" restaurant....uh-huh??

tOdd, I just invented the world's best munchie food and HAD to share. They look like raviolis, but taste like a pizza. I call them:

PIZZAVIOLIS

You will need:

Saltine crackers
Pizza sauce
Parmesean cheese
Cheddar cheese

Assemble however many crackers you want on a plate. Top with sauce. Next, shake a thin layer of parmesean on the sauce. Sprinkle with Cheddar. Microwave for 1 minute. Shake another layer of parmesean on top. Enjoy.

My name is Becky and I live in Memphis. I hope you like this recipe as much as my tummy did.
