Sun Dried
Tomato and basil pasta
Alright this is pretty much the only thing i ever make
cause its friggin delicious.
ingredients:
1...thing of pasta. I think its called rigatoni but
its the twirly kind. It works the best.
1 jar sun dried tomatoes in oil.
1/2 a thing of basil
1/2 a chunk of feta
some garlic cloves if you like that (2-3 cloves)
ummm...thats it.
Drain the tomatoes but keep the oil. Then just put all
of it in the food processer and grind it. If you want
to you can cut off the stems on the basil but it
doesnt really matter.
Cook the pasta.
Put the pasta in a bowl and mix the tomato/basil/feta
mix into it.
Pour the oil from the tomatoes over the top.
Enjoy

This is so incredibly easy to
make.
Mexican Beef and Bean Casserole
you need:
1lb ground beef
2 cans (15 or 16oz each) pinto beans (rinse 'em before using)
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup mild chunky salsa
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1) brown and drain the hamburger
2) in a two quart baking dish mix up everything except the cheese
3) cover with foil and bake at 375 for 40-45min
4) mix once or twice while baking
5) after the 40-45min is up then take the cover off, put the cheese
on,
and put back in oven for 5min
You can eat this on it's own but I like to put it over rice.

Hey
man, how's it going? Hope all's well in Odd Todd
Land. Across the river here in NJ it's about the
same. Got a few more recipes:
Appetizers:
Texas Tots (or P'achos)
1 bag of Tater Tots
1 one can of Hormel Chilli
Diced Onions
Jalepeno Rings
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Basically just fry up the Tater Tots and use them as a
bed to make nachos instead of using tortilla chips. I
had this recipe at a bar in New Hope, PA
Sammich:
Ultimate Chicken Sandwich
1 chicken breast
1 long roll
1 jar of store bought pesto sauce
1 jar of sun dried tomoatoes (oil packed)
1 wheel of EXTRA sharp provelone cheese (I mean the
Italian Market kinda of stuff...not that cheap Shop
Rite, no taste, stuff)
Grill chicken in your George Foreman grill (or however
you need), split long roll and lay down chicken, cut
thin slices of cheese and place on warm breast (it'll
start to melt), garnish with sun dried tomatoes and
then smear some pesto on top. YUMMY!!!
ULTIMATE Hangover Sammich

- 1 Ore Ida Hash Brown Patty
- 4 strips of bacon
- 1 slice of Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 slice of American cheese

large)

|
-Hash Brown Patty-
|
-One Scrambled Egg-
|
-Sausage Patties-
|
-American Cheese-
|
-Bottom Bun-
Garnish with salt, pepper, ketchup, hot sauce,
whatever you'd like. Trust me, you'll feel better!!
And of course....COCKTAILS!!!

This is
my recipe for:
BACON CHEESE AND CHILI HOT DOG PIZZA!
First of all, you will need some chili, if you have your own
recipe, like Cool Jules, up there, or Alison, use that one. Try
using turkey meat if you don't like beef, of buffalo if you are
a nutso carnivore like me. If you HAVE to use a store brand
chili, well.... go ahead, you won't hurt my feelings.
Next, you will need a pizza, shell. If you are like me, and are
Sicilian, you make your OWN pizza dough, if not, get a Boboli,
or something. Get the BIG one, if you do...
Next, you will need to get some hot dogs. Nathan's are awesome,
or if you are insane like me, you get CHEESE FILLED HOT-DOGS!
Then, you slice them up like pepperoni. More on that later.
Stretch your pizza shell/crust in a round, square or stretch
your own, if you have the dough. Then, top with equal parts of
cheddar, mozzarella, and Monterey jack cheese. (mmmmm)
Chop or slice some white and red onions, chop some crisp bacon
(already made, if you HAVE to...)
Bake in the even at 375, 400 degrees until the top is melty like
you like it. If you use your OWN dough, make sure the bottom is
golden brown, too!
ENJOY!

This is my recipe for a sandwich that is both a meal and desert ALL-IN-ONE! (w00t-w00t!)
-------------------------------------
fruity-peanellotella.™
Ingredients:
- Awesome bread -
wheat, multi-grain, or something besides WHITE BREAD! (eeew)
- Peanut Pan peanut
butter (creamy, but negotiable)
-
Marshmallow Fluff
-
Nutella Hazelnut
Chocolate Spread
-
Fruit Preserves
(strawberry or Razzzzberry - also negotiable)
First, take two slices from the center of the loaf. Why? Well,
they are usually the most full-sized pieces! And size counts
here, mmk. Next, get a buttah knife, and spread one slice with
the peanut butter, and place down on a hard surface (something
besides the floor). Then, spread another piece of bread
(explained as the "underside") with the fruit preserves. Place
them next to each other and admire its awesomeness. Now, plop
some marshmallow on top of the of the peanut butter slice, and
make it look good.. but it dosn't have to be neat. Sound good
already? Just you wait! Next, scoop a big few tablespoons of
Nutella onto the bread slice with the preserves. NOW - place one
on top of the other and press firmly but gently. Cut into 2 or
4 pieces, so it looks like you have more than you actually have.
Eat.
P.S. This may cause a headache, so invest in some Tylenol.
Thanks!
Tony B
