Hello everyone,
I have a quick and easy recipe to
share that's great to either eat for a dinner, or bring
to a party.
I call it "Tantalizing
Taco Salad." Actually, I just call it taco salad,
but whatever :p
Ingredients
1lb ground beer
1 bag of nacho style dorritos (
crush em up! do this by beating the hell out of the
bag!)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 head of lettuce (or a bag of
lettuce, pre chopped to save some time)
1 packet of the mexican
shredded cheese ( I avoid the store brand, doesn't taste
as good I think)
1 bottle of Seven Seas Creamy
Italian--no exceptions!
1 tomato, chopped (add more if
you like, I hate tomatoes)
*olives or whatever else you
like in your mexican food*
Ok, so brown the beef and cook
according to the directions of the seasoning. Drain it.
Put it in the fridge and let it cool down.
Once it's cool, get out a big bown
and mix in the chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and other
stuff. Now add the dressing. I'd like to say it takes
about a half bottle, but add little by little and keep
testing it. You'll know when there's enough. That's
it! Sometimes I'll keep everything separate in the
fridge until I'm ready to eat it, that way it doesn't
get all mushy and stuff.
Easy and tasty....niiiice.-----------------------------------------
