SMOKED Lil' SAUSAGES IN SAUCE

SERVES 6-9

2 packages Hillshire Lil Smokies
1 Jar Grape Jelly(Med Size)
1 Bottle Heinz Ketchup(Med Size)

Sounds gross but it is really good….Mix jar of Grape Jelly with 3/4 of the Heinz Ketchup in a crochet pot …mix well add Smokies and cook on high for 30mins to an hour depending on your crochet pot. The sauce should be a sweet taste…if you added too much ketchup add sugar (brown is prefered, but regular will work. it will take the bitterness out…. This is a great app for parties!!!

Thanks!

Onion Soufflé

1 pkg, frozen chopped onions

1 pkg of Kraft shredded Parmesan cheese

2 – 8 oz bricks of cream cheese (room temperature

1 pkg of Fritos Scoops

Mix onions, parmesan and cream cheese together really well.

Spread into a glass 9 in. pie plate. (You can use metal, I just like glass)

Bake @ 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes (or until the edges start getting toasty golden brown looking.)

Eat with Fritos.

For animal lovers who'd rather see the cows in the field than on the plate,
and feel intimidated and alienated with all the crazy summer BBQ-ing going
on..

VEGGIE KA-BOBS!

stuff you'll need:
- tofu (1 package, extra firm) or tempeh
- marinade (I like a mixture of BBQ sauce, HP, and a few drops of Tabasco,
but you can throw together whatever strikes your fancy)
- firm, colourful, grill-friendly veggies (try red onions, zuchini and red,
green and yellow bell peppers)
- skewers or thin, sturdy chopsticks
- BBQ and assorted grilling utensils

1) Chop tofu or tempeh into cubes and marinate for at least one hour (the
longer the better).
2) Assemble kabobs by alternating veggies and tofu cubes.
3) Brush with left over marinade and grill until nicely browned and
tasty-looking.
4) Serve over bed of rice, quinoa or cous-cous. Enjoy!
