Hey Todd!!!

Thought I'd share a rediculously EASY recipe that will leave you with an EMPTY plate and EASTY TO CLEAN dishes!!!

I attached a few pix of myself also, maybe for your "chick pictures section"...I'm from Taylor, Michigan, and I'm WDFN Sports radio 1130AM's  2007 Calendar Sports Babe! Miss August!!
I'm going to call it a

"HOT CHICK's Ham Roll's!" recipe!

1.5 lbs of Ham, from your local Deli, THICK sliced.

2 containers of Philidelphia Cream Cheese

2 green onion clusters-find them at the local grocery store; they are usually located right around the lettuce and such

1 small box of toothpicks

1 roll of paper towel (cheap is fine)

Take out your ham.  Put it on a plate. Pat it with a paper towel until it is dry on top.  Take a butter knife, spreak on a nice layer of cream cheese (not to thick, coat the whole slice with a little extra on top).

Place one or two green onion pieces at the bottom of the ham slice, with just the edges of the onion poking out just a little bit on the outskirts of the ham.  Now roll it up!!! It will stick together! Cut the roll about four to five times lengthwise, and place a toothpick into each of the little pieces u just made.

Place all of the pieces on a tray.  Sometimes "fancy" toothpics with sparkley shit on em make a "big" impression....My family and friends request them for me to make at every holiday function.  Hopefully the spelling isn't too off, seeing I've been celebrating my weekend off with a shit ton of JACK DANIELS!!!

Cheers and good vibes!!!!

"Hug In a Mug"

Get this stuff:

Half a gallon of apple juice or apple cider.
1/3 bottle of red wine.
Two regular oranges.
Cloves (they're way cheap if you buy them in a bag instead of a jar..
go figure)
3 Cinnamon sticks.

Brandy (optional but recommended).

Take the first orange and slice it into about 5 circles. With the
other get your cloves and make a PinHead out of it by sticking about
20 in through the rind. (this will keep them from floating all around
your brew)

Get large pot and pour in the apple cider juice along with the 1/2
bottle of red wine and set that on low heat. Drop in the rest of the
ingredients. Simmer slowly for about a half an hour or until a
visible steam is coming off the top. This cooking method should burn
off  the alcohol in the wine. If you want to add a kick to it, put a
half shot of Brandy in the mug before adding cider.
This will make your place smell really good and you can turn it off
and re-heat it for up to 48 hours.
