Hey Todd~

Here is an easy, easy recipe from Los Angeles, that is great for snacking on while watching a move-ay or the SuperBowl.  I like it because I love artichokes, you'll love it because it's creamy & gooey and only takes 3 ingredients.  YUM.  Try it.
XO  Agent 34-24-34 Robyn

CREAMY ARTICHOKE DIP

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped up small
1 cup mayonaise (you can use reduced fat mayo, but not the no-fat type!)
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Paprika, if you have it, if not--it won't change the taste--it just makes the top all goldy
Crackers, whatever kind you like

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix together artichokes, mayo & cheese.  Put into a small glass baking dish and sprinkle with paprika (optional).  Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes--or until the top looks all bubbly and yum.  Serve with crackers.  Your homies will love you.

I agree....I have a great chili recipe and have always used Hunt's Chili
Beans.   No wonder I can't find them anywhere.   I did find a couple of the
large cans about 2 months ago but have since used those up.

Have you found a good substitue yet?   Maybe we could get the recipe from
Hunt's and can our own!!!
