Hey Todd and peeps!
I really enjoy this site. It's awesome, but I do have to say to whomever
sent in the "better than sex salad" recipe-- What are you
talking about?
Salad should NEVER be better than sex. You poor thing! You must be
doing
it with my ex-boyfriend! ;o) Speaking of lazy asses, this is a super easy
recipe that anyone can make. (and it is yummy)
Really easy homemade
chicken pot pie
Pick two cans of cream based soup (cream of chicken, celery, mushroom,
onion, etc.) --you can pick 2 different flavors if you like.
1 big can or 2 regular cans of mixed vegetables (veg-all)drained
some garlic cloves (minced)
can of chicken (stocked next to the tuna at the grocery store) or left over
chicken cut into bite-size pieces (about a cup of chicken meat)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the above in a casserole dish
take a small can of fridge biscuits
roll biscuits flat with rolling pin or drinking glass (or stretch it out
thin)
cover top of chicken mixture with biscuits (over-lapping slightly)
Bake according to biscuit instructions (or golden brown)
