Dear Todd~
Here's a recipe for something I am calling
FANCY ASS
WRAPS
It uses imitation crab meat so it's cheap to make but tastes soooooo good. Try it and show off a little.
FANCY ASS WRAPS (this makes 6--but you can divide it in half if you're all mathy.)
1/4 cup Mayo
2 scallions (green onions) chopped up
2 Tablespoons sweet relish, or chop up a pickle really small
2 Tablespoons mustard, whatever you kind you've got
1 package (8 oz) imitation crab meat, flaked
1 cup (4 oz) SWISS cheese, shredded
3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled (cook 5--you know you'll eat 2 of them)
6 flour tortillas (6 nch size), at room temperature
In a little bowl, combine: mayo, scallion, relish & mustard.
Stir in: crabmeat, cheese, and bacon. Mix well.
Spoon about 1/2 cup or so down the center of each tortilla and roll up tightly in plastic wrap.
Serve or refrigerate.
With Love from your favorite AWARD winning California girl.
