Hey Y'All'  I'm Priscilla and I live in South Florida
I like this recipe because I can enjoy it in public.

Its called "HERB BUTTER"

What you need:
Stick of butter
Herbs

(any herb will do, I like the exotic ones sold by local entrapaneurs, but, tOdd, oregano is good too, any herb)

Step 1.  On LOW heat melt the butter.   You do not want to burn the butter. Patience is key.
Step 2.  In your coffee grinder grind your Herbs to a powder consistancy
Step 3.  And herbs to butter and stir.
Step 4.  Let simmer for fifteen minutes so that the flovor infuses into the butter.
Step 5.  Turn off stove allow to cool, store in plastic container, return to frig.,
Step 6.  Use as you like,  Good on toast, sauces, brownies, cookies..ect.

Want to eat more oatmeal, but can't figure out how to make it taste better
than concrete?

Here's a solution!

Chop up one granny smith apple, place in microwave-safe bowl (with lid).
Add 1/2 cup of quick oats.
Add 1/2 cup of milk.

Microwave 1 minute on high.

Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar, stir mixture.

Microwave 2 more minutes.

It is HOT!  Stir, eat.

(P.S. Also a good solution for me and others with Oral Allergy Syndrome, or
"getting hives when you bite into a raw apple, nectarine, or almond."  This
recipe works well with a peach, too.  Mmm!)

Kimmichangas

Some chicken

Some taco seasoning (you probably won’t need the whole packet)

Some corn tortillas

Can of refried beans (I use reduced fat and can’t tell the difference)

Shredded cheese (whatever you like best)

Canola oil (because it’s better for you than vegetable oil)

Boil and shred chicken and add taco seasoning to taste—it helps to add a little water to keep from drying the chicken too much.

Spread some refried beans on your corn tortillas, add a little bit of chicken, sprinkle a little cheese—be sure not to over-stuff!

Roll them up (the beans help keep it closed) and stick them in some hot oil—just enough in the skillet so you don’t soak them.

Fry until corn tortilla is brown and a little crispy and place on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up excess oil.

**Great served with sour cream/plain yogurt, guacamole (mash some ripe avocado and taco seasoning), and/or salsa.**

Enjoy!

Todd,

This one’s fast, cheap, healthy, and good.

Take leftover rice

Can of beans

Leftover sauce (Mexican if you have it, spaghetti sauce is ok too)

Shredded cheese.

Flour tortillas

Mix the rice, beans, and sauce.  Spread on tortillas, sprinkle cheese, nuke in microwave.  Is good.

Had this at Bertucci's for I don't know how expensive but way too much, and knew I could make it like EASY and CHEAP.

And, it takes like 5 minutes total from start to finish.

So it's called

WICKED EASY SPINACH AND ARTICHOKES

You need:
- 1 bag of baby spinach
- 1 can of artichoke hearts
- a fistful of shredded asagio cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese from a package
- a splash (2 tablespoons?) of olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt
- large skillet (frying pan) with a lid

First, slice the artichoke hearts into quarters to have them ready.

Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet.  You know it's hot enough when you flick a wet finger at the oil and it sizzles.

Add the bag of spinach.  It will overflow the pan until the spinach heats up and gets small, only about 1 minute.

Sprinkle the spinach with garlic powder and salt to taste (I like less on the garlic, more on the salt).

Add the artichokes and stir.

Once it's mixed up, shut off the heat, sprinkle the cheese on top, then cover the pan.

Give it a minute for the cheese to melt, then it's ready to serve.

It's a side veggie for meals, or you can also spread it on pita bread for snacks or sandwiches, or mash it up and use as a dip.

Wicked Good!  Healthy too!
