Hi Todd, Here is the Fruit Salad I talked about in your  My Thanksgiving Thing story.

If you want it.  Its pretty good stuff if you like that sort of thing.  Imnotlisa

Old Fashioned Fruit Salad

Open and drain several cans of fruit that you like.  I use Peaches, Pears, Pineapple chunks, lots of Mandarin Oranges, fresh bananas and grapes.  You can use whatever you like.  I buy the bigger cans.  I also let my fruit drain over night but that’s up to you.

Beat together with mixer: 2 eggs, 2 Tbls sugar, 2 Tbls lemon juice, 2 Tbls pineapple juice, 1 Tbls butter and dash of salt.  I just use the pineapple juice from the can of Pineapple chunks.  Put it in a saucepan on low and bring to a boil stirring constantly.  It will become thicker.  Let it cool.

Then whip up a carton of whipping cream.  Fold the two together, and add to the fruit that you have drained.

I love this recipe because we use to have pot luck at work and one of the girls would always bring this.

There was tons of stuff there but I couldn’t stop eating this one dip because it was soooo good!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 10 oz. cans of chunk chicken, drained
2 8 oz. Philly cream cheeses
1 cup of Marie's blue cheese/ ranch dressing
3/4 cup of Franks hot sauce (or to desired taste )
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
Heat chicken & hot sauce in skillet first on med heat then stir in cream cheese and blue cheese/ ranch.

Stir until well blended & warm then transfer to a crock pot, add the shredded cheese & cook, on low.

Sprinkle some remaining cheese on top & serve with celery & crackers. ENJOY!
