TUESDAY'S LUNCH SPECIAL IS:

FUNKY SHEPHARD'S PIE  from Kathy in Massachusettes:

My mom made some funky Shephard's Pie when I was a kid.  I know it was cheap
eats because we weren't exactly rich but now it is my comfort food and a fun
dish to disgust your friends and in-laws with :)  (Two excellent reasons to
make anything)

1 pound hamburger
1 box betty crocker mashed potatoes
1 can corn
1 can Spaghettios (only the authentic spaghettios will do!)
a bunch of sliced cheese

Fry up the burger and make the potatoes like the box says then drain the
water from the can of corn.  Layer everything in a casserole dish from
bottom up they should be:
hamburger, corn, potatoes, spaghettios, cheese

Bake in the oven at 350 till the cheese melts and enjoy.
