Dear Todd~ You will be the picnic master if you serve up these tasty little bundles at your next blanket party! Make them beforehand and refrigerate until picnic time, they go great with some cold beers on a hot summer day. Bon Appetit~! I love this recipe because I am a picnic-chick and this always a hit when I serve it. Love and Sunny Days from L.A. Robyn Hardsity ~ a.k.a. Agent 34-24-34 CHICKEN PICNIC BUNDLES --serves 4 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken (rotisserie to-go is perfect!) 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 4 green onions-with tops--thinly sliced 3 tubes (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in chicken, celery and onions. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 12 rectangles (four from each tube) Place on a greased cookie sheet and press the perforations together. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture into the center of each rectangle. Bring edges up to the center and pinch tightly to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
