Nicol attempts to make a cat cake with some interesting results.
 

This chocolate icing is good, but you have to make sure you keep hot
water nearby to keep it smooth (which I obviously did not do)  because
it sets up pretty fast.  Yes I see the crumbs showing.
 
No I don't know how to make a cat.
I wonder if they need some strays for the broadway show.

 
Key lime cupcakes with key lime cream cheese frosting.

PEG'S DINNER SURPRISE
 

1 to 2 cups of cornflakes (you can substitute Cheerios - I like cornflakes)
1 to 1.5 cups of milk
1/2 to 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
 
Combine above two ingredients.  Stir gently until flakes are moistened.  Serve immediately.

Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients: Blue Cheese Dip
1 cup garlic mayo (you’ll find the recipe on our site)
1 cup sour cream
6 oz. crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. garlic paste
Directions: Blue Cheese Dip
Place blue cheese in a bowl with the vinegar and lime juice mix well. 
Add garlic, mayo and sour cream, mix well. Then into the fridge until served, 
at least an hour or so.
