The KeLLy Macaron-AY Casserole
What you will need:
1 box of elbow macaron-AY
(the size is bigger than a mac and cheese box
but not too big…it may be 12 to 16 ounces?)
1 pound of hamburger meat
1 can of tomato soup
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
A sprinklin’ of dried onion flakes
Some salt and peppah to taste
Alright…so you heat that oven
up to about 425...then in a fryin pan you
brown the meat and season it with your salt, peppah, and onion flakes…(some
folks don’t like onions so leave em out…just as good) drain off that
grease…sometimes I leave a lil for taste purposes…I didn’t say this was
healthy…but very goooooooood. Ok whilst this is goin on you should be
cookin yer macaron-AY noodles as the package suggests…(I cant tell u how to
do everything!)…sometime in between alla this you’re gonna have time to
just stand there…so while you’re doin that open up that soup and put it
inna bowl…add a can of water and cook it like u would if ya wanted some
soup for dinner…I do it inna microwave…couple of minutes and voila…that
part is done. Ok…so now after yer meat is cooked, noodles cooked and
drained…soup all fixed, u start the assembly…get yourself a 2 quart
casserole dish…put a layer of ground beef on then a layer of noodles then a
layer of cheese…(I use tons of cheese!) drizzle a lil less than half of the
soup over the cheese…then do that all over again…ending with cheese then
the soup drizzle…put yourself a lid on that sucker and shove it in the
oven…everything is already cooked so you just want to heat it thru…I reckon
around 30 to 45 minutes…cheese will be bubblin…take it out…CAREFUL!..HOT
DUMBASS!!…use those pot holders you thought were beer coasters!!! (or
headboard padding…for the lucky few) serve it up…put the leftovers in the
fridge and heat it in the microwave by servings for a few days…its GOOD!
