Apartment S'mores
Ingredients:
* Pepperidge Farms Milano Cookies (Thin oval shaped cookies with
chocolate in between)
* Large Marshmellows
Directions:
1. Turn on stove burner to HIGH until it turns orange
2. Take as many cookies as you want to make and put them in the
microwave for about 10 seconds, (just enough time to melt the chocolate
that holds the two cookies together).
Then open the cookies, so you now have two halves to put the marshmellow
between.
3. Using a long fork, put 1 marshmellow on it and hold it over the
burner until it gets brown and toasty.
4. Slide the marshmellow onto one half of the cookie and take the
other half and put on top and squish down.
Whoo! now you have a S'more made right in your apartment! Pepperide
Farms cookies are great for this because the chocolate is already there, and
you dont have to mess around with getting a bar of chocolate.
