Chocolate Covered Strawberries (Easy! No, really!)

10-12 medium sized strawberries (leave the green tops on)
half a bag (about 6 oz. ) of chocolate chips (mini-chips work really
well)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1. Wash the strawberries, and pat them dry.
2. Put the chocolate chips and oil in a small glass cup measure.
3. Microwave the chocolate chips/oil for a minute, then stir.  Nuke for
another minute and stir again, so that the stuff's melted smooth.
4. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate (covering about 3/4
of the berry), then set onto a wax paper or foil-covered cookie sheet.
5. Put the cookie sheet into the fridge for about 15 minutes or so to
set the chocolate.

Woo!  Very good stuff!  Looks expensive and complicated, but it's
simple to do, and very cheap--especially if the strawberries are on
sale (like they are in spring :) ).  It really impresses people.  Take
that, chocolate stores who sell this sort of thing for 3.50 per
fricking berry!
