I was reading your recipe section and I could not find
anything for vegeterians... I guess you guys all like
lean and mean meat huh?
Well, here is a little something that I invented last
summer when I was getting home from the community
college at about 11:00, and I still had a crap load of
homework to do. I like it because it does not cost a
lot of Mon-ay and can be ready in about five
minutes... I call it:
Beanie Chic-adillas
You need:
1.Some refried beans, regular or low/nonfat (comes in a can)
2.Those fake Chicken nuggets or pattis (You can use real ones
too if you like, but cook according to package instructions...
don't go getting salmonilla you silly)
3. A torilla
4. Some cheese (If you only have slices, then cut it
up you lazy bastard!)
5. Salsa
Procedure:
Put some refried beans on the tortilla, cook it in
your microwave for about 40 seconds. (If you have an
oven, you can cook all of the ingredients together for
about 8-10 minutes)
Next, put the fake chicken nuggets or patti in the
microwave for about a minute, you need it to be soft
enough to cut it up.
Then... right! cut up the now cooked chicken nuggets
and put them on top of the refried beans. Cover it
with some cheese, fold it in half, and throw it into
the microwave for another 40 seconds. Put on a plate
and garnish, or down in salsa.
I recommend doing on of the microwavy parts on a
papertowel or napkin, cause then you can throw it away
and you will use less plates.
