"MOM'S NO-BAKE TUNA
CASSEROLE"
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
1-2 cups milk (depends on how thick you want it)
1 can sweet peas, drained
2 cans tuna fish, drained (White Albacore tastes the best)
In a 2 quart sauce pan heat the two cans of soup and milk on medium
heat. Remember to stir constantly, because the soups are cream based.
When the soup is creamy and to your desired thickness, add the tuna and
peas. Once your mixture is heated through, your done!
You can pour this over rice, noodles, or toast. Top with some crumbled
chips or whatever.
I love this recipe because it's easy, fast, affordable, covers the four
food groups, and it tastes great. One warning: It doesn't look that
great, but the taste makes up for it.
