TUESDAY'S LUNCH SPECIAL

"Ramen Bachelor Chow"

You will need:

1 bag of ramen noodles (flavor is irrelevant)
1 can of tuna fish
2 chunks of string cheese
1 Jar of your favorite Mrs. Dash seasoning
salt and pepper


Make the noodles. (throw away the flavor pack, you don't need it)
Open the tuna, drain.

Drain the noodles and add the cheese; put on as much as you like
Put the tuna on top of the cheese, this helps it melt into the noodles
Season with Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper to taste.

Stir it up until it has a "Casserole" consistency.
Eat. Repeat as necessary.

I lived on this for two years, and I never got tired of it despite the
scurvy :)
