Since I am the official "Puddin Queen" for
Southern Culture on the Skids, I
felt obliged to share this quick and deeeeelicious Banana Puddin Recipe.
Truly a summer delight!!!
you need:
13x9 glass dish
4-5 ripe bananas
1 box 'Nilla Wafers no others will do
1 container of cool whip
4 boxes instant banana creme flav. jello
milk as directed on box of pudding
1/3 cup sour cream (optional)
Here is how ya make it:
1....place wafers on bottom of dish
2....slice up bananas and layer on top of wafers
3....mix up milk , jello, s. cream and 1/3 of cool whip in a bowl
will thicken in a few min. spread evenly
repeat this until you use all ingredients
finish with remaining cool whip and refrigerate
All my fans looooove my pudding. Especially when they are licking it off
me!!!!
