tOdd,

You da man.  Your site, as you've heard a-plenty by now, kicks ass and takes names.  I want to be just like you if I ever grow up.

So here's a fast, easy lunch special that's oh-so-horrible for you but oh-so-tasty.

Frito Chili Pie

Fritos
Can of chili
Grated cheddar cheese (packaged that way 'cuz who wants to grate cheese?)
Chopped onions (optional)

Nuke the chili 'til it's hot and stuff.
Put some Frito corn chips in the bottom of a microwave safe bowl (use whatever kind of Fritos you like, I use plain)
Throw some chili on top of 'em
Throw some chopped onions on top o' that
Throw some cheese on that
Nuke until the cheese is melted.

Damn, that's good!

Jim

Grandma Waibel's Mac n Cheese

You need:
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (only buy pre-grated if really lazy, it's not as good)
16 oz. elbow macaroni
two cans tomato soup
bread crumbs, from a can

Boil the noodles in a big pot.  While the noodles are cooking, shred up the cheese.  Drain the noodles and put them back in the pot.  Mix in the two cans tomato soup and cheese.  Pour it all into a baking dish, and sprinkle a healthy layers of bread crumbs on top.  Bake it in the oven (if you're impatient you can eat some after mixing stage) at around 375 F. for 30-45 minutes or until the top is nice and yummy crispy golden brown goodness.  The crispies are the best part.  The second best part is that it tastes even better as leftovers. Sometimes I add a bit more tomato soup for extra tomatoey flavor.  The tomatoey flavor is the best and a half best part.

I've eaten the whole dish in less than 24 hours before.  It's good.
