NO-MADCOW Canadian Turkey Sandwich eh.

1) two slices of bread per sandwich, and cheeze slices

2) Thinly sliced Turkey from deli (can use low fat)

3) Honey, BBQ sauce, mustard, margerine

In a small bowl mix a table spoon of honey, BBQ sauce and mustard together (I use one big squirt each).
Butter outside of two pieces of bread, place cheese slice (mozz or chedder....live on the edge, maybe one of each!!!) and copious amount of turkey.
Drizzle sauce over turkey and top with another piece of buttered (margerined) bread.
Fry like a grilled cheeze, since that's basically what this is, use left over sauce for dipping.
Total time 3.23 minutes.

Cheap, yummy, and cheap.  Want lower fat/carbs...use a spinich tortillia (you can still fry it to melt the cheeze), low fat cheeze slices (yuck), no fat turkey breast and well the sauce is negligable calories anyways...good to go.
