Adorable!

One question: why does a train need a steering wheel?

SithSnoopy says:

Holy crap! I get busy with life… and come check on you. And you’re married! And you have the cutest little girl! And you moved to my neck of the woods! [I live north of you. Well, North-West of you: Santa Barbara.]

And in your honeymoon… looks like there were two??? A little confused… but in one post about a honeymoon you went scuba diving! Awesome!!!!

Hope things are going well. 🙂

Been reading your blog for a long time. Got kinda distracted by life. Google “Sandwich Generation”. My folks have since passed away. Scary to have your parents go downhill to the point where it’s like watching them turn back into almost little children cognitively, and/or as far as mobility is concerned. Strokes (for my Mom) and Parkinson’s (for my Dad) are not cool ways to go. 😛 Well, there is no cool way.

Anyway, we are down to one grandparent for our son: my husband’s Dad. Thankfully Grandpa is still doing well.

Our son is 7.5 years old and starts 2nd grade in a few weeks. He’s very much into birds (the real kind, and the stuffed Angry Birds kind), and into “Plants vs. Zombies” and “Angry Birds”, lol. He’s very good at Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare on the Playstation. 🙂

Can’t remember when I started reading your blog. I know I was watching it and Slashdot.org closely when 9/11 hit. Had been married almost 3 years when 9/11 happened. Wow. Time flies. Looks like I haven’t commented on your site since one of your dogs was being haunted by a ghost. Hope the ghost didn’t follow you!!! 😉

Ok. Hang in there. Congrats on marriage/father-hood/new-home. 🙂
