Hey Odd Todd, here are a couple poems I wrote for Christmas gifts:

The First to my mom:

"Ode to Mom"

To the best mom in the world
With a heart of gold and hair of curls
You are the one, whom I do love
As a gift from Heaven Above

To the best mom in the land
With loving eyes and a caring hand
There is no other to replace
The care I see from such a face

To the best mom all around
From you I came, to you I'm bound
You work so hard, with little pay
But so be told, your loved this day

To the best mom on the earth
For you to endure a child's birth
Yet no word can describe
The love I feel for you inside

To the best mom in the world

And the Secound to my Step Father (who is a Firefighter)

"Fireman's Land"

I once got a glimpse of Fireman's Land
There I saw things of great and of grand
Such marvelous things my mind must expand
To hold in the glory of Fireman's Land

I once was brought to fireman's Land
To see the glory of its expanse
To one day hope to Understand
What it means to be in Fireman's Land

I once saw a hero in Fireman's Land
He was strong and courageous, for good he stands
Yet I forget this hero is here
Right beside me year after year
For you my thoughts, they are so dear

I'll never forget Fireman's Land
I'll never forget you, Fireman
